Effective August 1, 2010, claims and utilization management functions for the St. Joseph Health System – Humboldt County Employees Medical Plan will be transferred to Delta Health Systems.

NOTE: The Humboldt-Del Norte Independent Practice Association provider panel will continue to be utilized for this plan until further notice. A listing of the clinicians associated with this panel can be viewed by clicking here.
